Congratulations to Takeuchi’s Top Dealers and Salespeople for 2025

April 15, 2026

Dealers

Our amazing North American dealer network is essential for our success. That’s why we honored our top-achieving dealers and their most outstanding salespeople at our Dealer & Salesperson 360° Awards reception during CONEXPO/CONAGG on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Held in the Takeuchi booth after show hours, the event brought together nearly 200 guests for a memorable evening of recognition and connection. It was a great opportunity to spend time with our dealers, celebrate their achievements and build on the excitement and momentum coming out of CONEXPO.

That momentum is exactly what the 360° Awards program is designed to recognize and reinforce. It establishes a unified benchmark for operational excellence across our dealer network, highlighting the key elements of a successful dealership—from sales performance and product knowledge to customer support, service capability and overall business investment.

Complementing this effort, the Salesperson 360° Awards recognize individual sales professionals who take a well-rounded, professional approach to representing Takeuchi. Together, these programs celebrate the people and organizations who are committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

“Our success starts with strong dealers and salespeople, which is why we created this awards program,” said Jeff Stewart, president of Takeuchi-US. “It sets clear operational standards that help deliver a consistent customer experience and support long-term growth.”

Dealer 360° Awards

Twenty dealerships across the U.S. and Canada were recognized as Dealer 360° winners for 2025, reflecting excellence in sales performance, facilities, training, marketing, parts and service.

is Takeuchi’s Dealer of the Year for 2025. Established in 1998, CCS is a family-owned and operated equipment dealership serving the eastern two-thirds of North Carolina with locations in Youngsville, Angier, and Ayden. They offer equipment sales, rental, service and parts.

“The team at CCS has been in this business for nearly 30 years,” said John Vranches, Eastern division sales manager for Takeuchi-US. “They know what it takes to build strong relationships with their customers, and their business continues to thrive because of the outstanding effort they put forth every day. We’re happy they’re part of the Takeuchi family, and we congratulate them on this achievement.”
